She doesnt have much English (but is taking lessons and meeting up with as many English speakers as she can to practise) but is willing to work hard and is a trained nurse. She is being treated appallingly at her workplace (being abused basically) and is scared to even go back in tomorrow. but she has bills to pay and doesnt really know what else she can be doing. She is legally able to stay and work here until December.
