silly question about cv

Most internet jobs site need you to download your cv where it says browse etc
How do I do this? I went to Libraries/my docs but got stuck there

Open your cv in Word/other relevant programme

Save As... And save to your desktop

Open CV Site in Internet browser

Where it says Upload cv, click browse, select desktop and highlight filename, click ok/save/whatever the little button that's usually in the bottom right of the box says.
