I've been trading a year as a caterer/private chef - offering dinner parties, special occasion meals and such like in peoples homes - and have public liability insurance to cover that.
Recently, I have been approached by private individuals and other businesses asking if I will offer workshops and tutoring to their staff and/or clients. I'm also doing cooking demonstrations at public events and to private audiences.
Should I have Professional Indemnity Insurance in addition to my Public Liability Insurance to cover me for the tutoring/teaching/demo'ing side of the business?
