Invited for flexible working meeting any tips?

I've been asked to go in for a meeting as I've asked to either start later each day or ideally job share and work 2 days a week.

Are these meeting a formality? Any tips for me please

No, hey aren't a formality. They are an opportunity to discuss your request and for both parties to talk about it.

Go in with an open mind, willing to listen as well as put your case - and willing to compromise.

Don't go in with the attitude of expecting them to approve it or with a confrontational approach - if what you have asked is not workable for the business they can refuse it.

Thanks. I was thinking they are going to refuse as they can be awkward but I'll take your advice and go in with an open mind! And fingers crossed. I want to do a job share and te lady who has been covering has said she'd like to continue as a jobshare so I can't see y they would refuse but as I say my boss can be awkward.
The other thing I wondered is should I wear a suit?
