Flex working form confusion

Looking for some advice on completing my flex work application. Not sure how to word things. I'm probably being a bit dim I know but want to get it in ASAP. So it asks how the company and my colleagues will be affected by my change in hours. I honestly don't think there will be a great affect to be honest. I work in a small department within a call centre environment. I have a caseload to manage and get new cases allocated to me on a daily basis. The dept only works mon to fri 8 - 5 but within that there are 2 shifts (8-4 and 9-5). Instead of working mon to fri I am planning on asking to work 3 days 8-5. As normal shifts are 8 hours on the days I'll work I will be providing extra hours phone cover. So I was planning on saying this: I believe that any affect on company x and my colleagues will be minimal. On the days I will be working I will be available to provide additonal phone cover during the extra hours. In addition I will manage my cases efficiently in order to continue to achieve my targets/work towards department targets

Sounds good. Just to mention - it's "effect" in the context you use it

hang on - they'll need to conver a shift on the other 2 days though wont they?

Thanks so it is. It's a caseload based job and before I left based on ave caseload per member of staff were technically overstaffed and have been told by colleagues we're basically still in same boat so on that basis the effect will be minimal. Another part time worker has just left so there is a part time shift available iykwim? So if i take the part time space the department is the same as it was while I was on maternity leave.
