Free/cheap ways to advertise a job?

Hi there, does anyone know a free or really cheap way to advertise a job? I need to organise some sales help but as a relatively new small business can't afford to shell out much on advertising the role. I need someone on a freelance basis who would accept commission-based pay. I'd really appreciate any advice/suggestions on where to find potential candiates/advertise the job.

Thank you in advance

Have you tried local colleges or universities. I am a student and we have a jobs forum where part time jobs are advertised. Not all students are young and inexperienced, a lot are mature (like me)

The freelance sites are free to use as the "job" poster. The commission is paid by the freelancer. They also aimed at freelancers rather than potential employees.

Look at other "adverts" on there to see how other people use it before posting. I personally never offer a budget and see what people say, I have had £45 to £600 bids for a small design project I needed doing!

Good luck
