If you are on twitter try the #journorequest hashtag. You might find a journo who is looking for somebody/something that you could squeeze your story into. I might be wrong, but typically you have to go them with a story/press release.

Are you looking for someone to do freelance work? I'm a former journalist and now do freelance.
