New to Sage Accounts 50 2012 - Need help with quotations\invoices

Help! We've just started to use Sage accounts for my DH's business and I know what I want to do but just don't know how to do it in sage.

We need to be able to create a quotation. However, when we convert it to won it automatically creates an invoice. In some cases, we would invoice a job over a couple of invoices. I.e. one invoice at the start of the job and one invoice on completion. How do I do this in Sage? I.e. have multiple invoices against one quotation.

Thanks in advance.

You can just create two invoices manually, you don't need to convert quotations to won. AFAIK you can't have two invoices against one quotation.

You could also issue one invoice and take multiple payments against it.

Check your Sage account you usually get a few weeks sage cover free which gives you telephone support for this sort of thing.
