Don't know what I want to do?!?

I was made redundant last February from a job I loved.I was a cemetery community warden,did it for 8 years,before that I worked at a rock club,owned my own small cafe for 6 years & was a dental nurse.
So you could say that I've had a varied career!!
I went straight from the warden job into another job(yes,I was very lucky),which was a housekeeper at a women's aid refuge,a major change&to cut along story short I left that job after 6 months.
I am currently out of work(not claiming JSA)& I am looking for part time work,that will fit in with my 2children,1 is disabled,but I can't for the life of me decide what I would like to do.
I have applied for,a blood donor nurse,a funeralcare operative,a vets receptionist but haven't been successful.
Would appreciate advice about what I could do next,any of you been stuck at a crossroads&can't decide what to do?!?

I haven't had nearly as interesting a job history as you but haven't found anything I really want to do yet - lots of different interests but can never decide on just one thing.
