How to raise with my employer - salary related

I have just found out that my employer isn't paying me my full salary and am unsure how to raise it with them.

I am a live in nanny and am contracted to £12k per annum, I have just realised that I am not recieving my full salary. It says on my pay slips gross £950. I haven't got all my pay slips here as some are at my parents home but this has been going on from at least September time. Obviously I should have realised earlier - however I assumed that I would get the salary I thought I had agreed with my employer.

How do I raise it with my employer?

You're certain it's gross, no deductions?

You're just going to have to ask, there's not a specific way to raise it.

Say you've checked your payslips and you are only receiving gross amounts of £950 a month which is a fair way short of the £12,000 salary in your contract of employment (I presume?). See what they say.

Yes it says Gross pay £950 then deductions then Net Pay £865.96
