people per hour

Does anyone use the sight people per hour? When I am quiet I bid for work on there but have never had any success. Are there any other similar sights about for admin and audio typing work? Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I am going through a quiet patch at the moment!

try using Fiverr.com to do small jobs there, its much more popular!

I've won a couple of jobs on PPH, but have bid for many more. I have also tried odesk, freelancer and elance. PPH tends to have "better paid" (relatively) and has lots of UK jobs. I figure I have most chance of winning a 'job' if I have a good chance of understanding their market (I do marketing).

I am now more selective about what I bid for, but like you I bid if I have the time/a quite period.

What I would say, is that I have also met people through it which has resulted in work outside PPH (which isn't really allowed) so it is worth being on there and keeping an eye on what comes up.
