I am not able to even get an interview with all my applications. I know I can't magically make myself employable but I was wondering if anybody would be prepared to have a look at my CV and give me some advice on how to make the best of my good less bad points.

Should have said I spent from Sept - Jan doing recruitment so may be able to give some pointers for what worked on the CVs of people I saw. Do you have a good covering letter as well?
