Do we have a thread for moaning?

If not then this is it.

Just got some feedback from a client. First few bits of feedback all fairly 'meh' and then I get this bit that is just bloody rude. Oh and a patronising bit that isn't even factually accurate Angry

Any one else feel like quietly screaming sometimes?

Well was it undeserved? Was the feedback directly to you or is this on PPH or similar?

You have to be bold and go back and say what you think and beleive to be true and correct, it's two way client relationship thing, they are using you for your expertise and knowledge, don't let them crap on it. Be bold and stand up for yourself, grasp that nettle! And believe my I am the first to run off and hide and poo my pants at the first hint of unhappiness or difficulty from a client, but when you work for yourself you have to grow a pair and fight back!

Act like a wounded dog and they will pact you on the head and ignore you, act more like a lion and they sit up, take notice and resepct you more.
