Dh is owed 2 grands of overtime, he has been paid today and he only got 300 pounds on the top of his salary. Can his boss do that ? Dh thinks the is going to stagger the money. Can his boss do that ? They have spoke about the amount of overtime he did last week..and he mention any staggering..can he do that without talking to dh first ?

What does his contract say about when overtime will be paid? Has he asked them why he's not been paid it?

I'm still waiting to hear from him. Last week, he was told he is going to get 2 grands overtime. He was supposed to get more but they convinced him to have 3 lieu days instead of more money.

I have a bad feeling they are going to stagger it. We need that money and dh worked 7 days a week really late at night to make this project a success. He was on his own when it was at least a 2 men job.

Will look at his contract if I can find it.

There's not a lot more help anyone can give until you have found out what his contract says and what he's been told.
