Im thinking of moving from my big 4 role to BDO. Ive got 18mo ds and I want to have another child in a year or so. Would love to find someone who can advise me from a mums perspective what its like to work there. Also really need to know what their maternity pay is like. Where I am I get 20% of base pay in childcare vouchers on return to work after mat leave. Do BDO do similar?
