Hi all, am giving up childminding business in June and want to do level3 teaching assistant course.

Got 2 days set up in a school to work voluntary from sept but local college course doesn't start till oct and takes 6 months!

See online at Cambridge college I could pay and do course from home.

I have a levels and nursing degree so kinda feel won't need that much support and could do this course at own pace, I.e quickly!

Anyone done this with this college or online learning and also is level 3 the right one to go for ? Advice needed thanks

If you want to do any childcare course check it is considered full and relevant by the Children's Workforce Development Council.

I did a remote level 3 in childcare, learning and development and it's no longer considered full and relevant so I'm having to do the whole thing all over again - I can't even use the credits I got on the course i did before. It's a pain in the rear end.
