Issue with Manager

I work in a small privately owned pre-school as the deputy manager and I am unhappy with the way in which my manager has handled a situation today. I want to discuss it with her, putting my points across and obviously listening to her too but I'm not sure if I should.

There is nobody above my manager, she owns and manages the pre-school. There have been no issues prior to this and it will be the first time I have felt the need to discuss such a situation with her. WWYD?

Ask for for a chat over a coffee. Best way IMO.

I agree with Gevling, chat over coffee. I'd make it informal and really really plan what you are going to say so it sounds natural and not as if you are having a go. Good luck
