I'll try to be brief here- and please excuse lack of too much detail for obvious reasons.

I wrote a piece for an overseas publication and they have been slower than I expected in publishing it- not yet in print and no definite date and no fee yet.

What is the situatio re. copyright for pubs. overseas-I have signed nothing and had no contract. Could I re-use this case study in the UK, albeit with a slightly different angle?

did you offer it on spec or did they come to you?

if it's your case study and you found him/her then you'd be pretty safe to use in UK

So they've not run it and not paid you? Yep, use it again.
