Got to wait and see if my ex employers reply now. Im pretty sure they will dispute it all the way though. Just as well my SIL is a trainee solicitor!

well done you, your ex employers will have to respond if they ever want to dispute (and I would guess they would, when I worked in HR we always did).

The last letter i got back from them on Friday finished by saying "i hope can now put all this in context and move on......."

Ive had a junior employment barrister look at my claim before doing it so im hoping that his opinion counts for something and i win.

VVV I don't know your story but I'd like to wish you luck - I am in dispute with my employer at the moment and it's looking increasingly like it will end up at tribunal.
