as atm im on ADs of my depression that ive had for many years but only just got treated 2 mths ago (and im waiting for counselling too)

Atm i have got till June 06 that my "umemployment claim" for my mortgage runs out and by then i will have to get a job

IF i ask my docs to sign me off cos of depression, how does it work with the unemployment claim? as they send out monthly to me a claim form to see if im still unemployed, job hunting, nad the jobcentre sign the form too to prove im umemployed atm

BL you may be able to claim incapacity if the dr signs you off. You can claim it for depression as long as you fill in forms and then i think they right to gp. After that you just have to send in a sicknote when the other runs out. I dont know about mortgae help though.
