Employment agencies and moving house

Im moving house in the next few weeks (just waiting for it to get finished now) to a new city from where I live now.

Over the last 4 years (since I was made redundant) I have registered with a few employment agencies in my current place. When I come to looking for a job (as soon as I have moved and settled) I will be looking to join the employment agencies. Will I have to re-register or will they be able to get my details from the office I am already at? If I go in, will my name come up as already registered with that agency? Or does it all depend on the agency?

A couple of them I would like to just re-register as I have had some bad luck with a couple of agencies where they have pushed me towards jobs I really didnt want to do if possible (such as call centre - I just get a headache and hate cold calling, plus Im rubbish at selling) so havent really got on with the person I was dealing with. Id rather these couple of agencies I can go and re-register and my name wont automatically come up on their system.

Hi, I work for an agency. I would definitely go back and meet the consultants. So much of our work is selling the personality so make an appointment to recap on your details, put on your best suit, have a look at their websites beforehand so you can ask about specific jobs they have advertised and most of all, come across as positive and enthusiastic.
