Hi all
I currently work part time so can do the school run for my 6 year old.
However I have been offered the chance to project manage a changeover
of an expense system. I look after the day to administration of it at the
moment and have never project managed anything before. I will
need to work more hours probabley full time for at least 3 months
to implement the system etc therefore will need to arrange someone to pick
up my dd and more than likely take to school. The salary that comes
with this is 2 grades above what I am on now so money wise it would
be worth it but i am worried that it will upset my dd's routine and affect
her perfromance at school.
What do you think?? Is it worth it??
How can I ensure that if I do do it it does not unnecessarily afect my
ds??
What is involved in the project management side of things?? and where can I get more info on this??
Any thoughts would be appreciated
