Telephone Interview in 1.5 hours!

Hello ladies.
I have a first stage telephone interview at 1.30pm and top tips.
It's a job I really want and I haven't had an interview in 4 years though I've been temping for the last 12 months.
Any tips?

Look up the company on the web and make sure you have an overall background knowledge

Write down answers for

why you would be good for the job - including any previous relevant experience
what skills you have and what you can offer them
what your strong points are
a brief rundown of what responsibilities you have had in your temping job
why you are now ready for a full time position
