Help me word something if you can?

All staff bar 3 of us were given a bonus on Christmas Eve with a memo saying how valued etc they were.

The 3 that didn't (including me) have left the firm and come back but came back 15-18 months ago so have been there during 2011. Everyone else has been theree for several years including through some really hard financial times for the time. They deserve their bonuses.

It isn't the money thing that upsets me. It is the lack of any note or memo saying that I was a valued member of staff. I have worked my arse off for them over the last 18 months and I am hurt.

I want to put something to the bosses in charge but don't want to sound like a brat moaning either.

Any suggestions.

Sorry, not quite clear exactly what you're after. Do you have any kind of evaluation/appraisal system? If so, don't you have some comments on the quality of your work in that? If not, is all you're after a note on your file saying that you have performed well? Does your message need to be in writing at all or might it come better as an oral request to your immediate boss?
