I'm doing my FWR to go back to work in January (I have my start date already). The thing is since I left, there has been a complete restructure of my team, new systems have been installed and my role now has (or the woman who is my cover has taken on) line management responsibilities. It's already been hinted at that I can't do line management part time, and TBH I wouldn't really want to. I want to go back on a 0.6 working week with 2 longer days and a short day.
So this is making my FWR difficult to complete. How can I answer the following without really knowing the new way of working?
