I am trying to work out how much maternity pay I would get in total if I were to have a nine months off work. I am a teacher and therefore my terms and conditions of service are detailed in the Burgandy Book. I know what amounts I would get each week but don't know how to calculate the tax, ni, pension and student loan part. Can anyone help?
