How much time do I give them to respond

I've received my payslip on Friday noticing they've deducted childcare vouchers from my SMP - having dropped from CMP to SMP this month is hard enough, but suddenly getting £243 less than expected is extra harsh.

I've emailed them friday about this, albeit after working hours. How long do I leave it before I nudge them?

They've taken £243 of your money. There is no too pushy. Especially not at the snail's pace many payroll departments move at.

I guess you're right - I've emailed them again (don't know the phonenumber, it's an outsourced service anyway) and now have an incident number. Hopefully I'll also have my money soon.

I hate dealing with things like that. :-(
