hi can any one give me tops on how to find a good childminder or nursery I am returnin to work in Feb and need a couple days care for my baby who will be 8 months

Hi. Contact yout local authority.They will have a list of all the registered childcare providers in the area. Decide whether you want a CM or a nursery. Set up vistits with people you are interested in and go armed with lots of questions - structure of day/ food/ naps /holidays/ cost etc. Try speaking to other mums too. Despite doing loads of research and visits I found my CM through a friend of a friend who knew a really good one. Hope that helps.
