Do any freelance PRs use a media database? And if so which one?

I used to have access to Mediahub from marketwire through a company who used to subcontract to me. That relationship has now ended and I need a database. Would like any recommendations (and an idea of fees for a sole trader).

PR Max are good and they have this thing where if they have 2-4 freelancers together you can split the subscription and it will cost you about £30 a month.
