stress

I'm feeling very stressed at the moment -it's not unusual for me to be up until 2 or 3 in the morning as I just cannot turn off

I know why I'm stressed but it isn't a situation I can control and it's not work related, although work doesn't help as I feel I'm not giving my best. My boss is fully aware of the situation though and is trying to be supportive

my question is, do I just keep plodding on, or do I go off sick for a couple of weeks, get my head staright and then go back to work on a even keel, or will this be held against me?

If you think sick leave will help then take it. You need
To break the cycle by doing something positive and counter-active about it.

I cam recommend daily exercise and I found Paul mckennas "Eliminate
Stress" book and cd really helpful.
