Remember me, flexible hours Tues/Weds, wanted to change Mondays. Was told hours were only 'informal' and I had to apply for them to be made formal which would probably be turned down?
Just had meeting with my line manager. Mondays have been approved and they admitted that you I was right and the 'informal' hours were actually my contacted hours now and didn't need formal approval.
I can't thank you enough. I sent the email you wrote for me and didn't hear a peep out of them, which made me suspect they realised they'd been caught out. Meeting was last week.
