Holiday pay!

My contract states I work 26 hours. However before I went on maternity due to I'll health I informally temporarily dropped down to 15 hours a week for 3 months. It was agreed that on my return to work after mat leave I would once again work 26 hours a week.

I am confused about the holidays I have built up over maternity leave- would they be based on my 15 hour week or 26 hour week?

If the agreement was that it was a temporary change for a fixed period of 3 months then your holiday should have accrued at your normal 26 hours rate during your maternity leave.

You should still be entitled to the full years allowance plus any bank holiday allowance you get even if you're off part of the year as far as I know

Thanks everyone, I'm sure my boss is going to try and only give me holiday pay for 15 hrs per week but we'll see!
