Hi - I have an interview for a telemarketing role for a small business - I did some in my last job - ie researching clients, ring new ones - etc but it was by no mean the whole of my job. I enjoyed it through and really need a job so want to do well
Any one got any hints or tips -I wondered about drafting some scripts -
also pay - they havn't said - its reporting directly to the sales manager and itn't just making the calls - any ideas - its down south but not london if that helps

Make sure you sound confident, not nervous, on the phone, and - importantly - make sure you show you can build rapport on the phone. Many people hate speaking on the phone so you need to prove you're not afraid to get calling and chat professionally but naturally.
