going back to work full time tips on routine and how to manage the household

i have 2 dc's and 1 dss, dh is still working full time but is self imployed so can be a little flexible children will be dropped off at cc at 8 and i finish work at 5 so pick up will probably be 5.30 dd will be dropped off and picked up from school by cc provider ds will saty all day dss is 11 so will let him self in at home the days we have him (as i dont get cc funding for him) im so worried about all that is to come so can i please have your best tips on how to handle it all thankyou thankyou thankyou lovely ladies of mnet in advance

Internet shopping, wash clothes overnight, lay out kids' clothes the night before, don't do any ironing you don't ABSOLUTELY have to do, make double amounts of food and freeze the extra, if your kids have packed lunches, make sandwiches once a week/fortnight and freeze them. Oh, and don't get ill or everything is screwed....
