NHS flexible working app form - going back PT after Mat leave

Hi All,

Apologies if it has been asked before.

I'm filling in an NHS application for flexible working as I want to go back part time when my maternity leave ends. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on things to mention/defo not say? I'm a bit nervous as 2 other colleagues were refused so need to make a persuasive argument!

It depends a lot on the role you have - if I was to go PT, I'd have ridiculous numbers of hoops to jump through with deaneries etc, but I think most other staff groups are more civilised when it comes to realising there's a life outwith the hospital!
