I've just been offered a job which I wasn't really expecting to get. The boss went through the T&C's on the phone with me, and said that I would be entitled to 20 days holiday a year. I thought the minimum was 28 days per year (it's 5 days a week full time)? I have looked this up here and it also says minimum is 28 days.
I'm not sure what to do now. This company is clearly not too worried by employment law as during the interview I was made to fill in my weight, height, eye colour, hair colour, skin colour, age, marital status, number of kids etc on the application form, and asked in interview if I planned to get married and what my parents do.
