I handed my notice in 2 weeks ago - I had 2 weeks (6days) holiday left that I thought I would get paid - handy before Xmas - but......I've just been told the way it is pro-rated I will get 0.5days!!!

Our holiday year ends at the end of Jan and as I leave on Dec9th I get jack!!

Very very very very peeved!

HR staff are people too! They make mistakes, so ask them to explain it in detail (if they have not already).
