I've read a lot about 'keeping in touch days' and I am hoping to do some to help me transition back to work after my son is born. I don't understand however, why you can only do ten? Do you get paid extra for these ten in theory?
I was hoping to start doing a half day a week for a little bit so as to get back up to speed on projects and get back in the swing of things. I was also going to attend any important meetings so people do not have to spend a lot of time updating me. Would this work in terms of keeping in touch day boundaries?
