Hello,
I justarted a limited company. I want to make sure that I'll qualify for maternity pay in the future. I was advised not set up PAYE and just file taxes once a yaer. Will I qualify for the maternity allowance or SMP or should I sign up for PAYE? Please advice. thank you

If you are a limited company you should ALWAYS have a PAYE scheme and pay yourself the tax allowance through the company
