group assessments, any tips?

I've got a job interview with a group assessment. I've never had one before, any one got any experience/tips?

• join in
• read the instuctions well
• try and include everyone
• listen
• be positive. Everyone will have a role though some may seen trivial
• speak clearly

I've seen it where you are given a scenario, all given roles/characters and you need to discuss the best outcome. Good luck
