MATB1 form- having a panic

ok... I am 27 weeks 6 days pregnant. I screwed up and handed in an FW8 form in on the 27/06 and NOT my MATB1 form. My QW week ended on July 01.

Does this mean I am screwed for SMP?

Cant quite work it out from directgov, and I am too panic stricken to search elsewhere.

I just spoke to a lovely lady on the statutpry payments line (01912255221) and she said it should not affect SMP as long as I provide it so many days before I intend to take maternity leave... phew. Also, the FW8 form provides my due date, was issued after 20 weeks and was signed by my Dr- so whilst not a usual form, is still a medical form...
