I am a solicitor who is considering doing an LLM. I graduated in 1990 and am really concerned that I will struggle with thinking as an academic, not a practitioner and whether I can cope with doing the LLM part-time while still working. Has anyone gone back to studying after a long period in the workplace and if so how did you cope- both academically and practically?
