financial help as a foster carer

I am a Local authority foster carer and also work in schools. I have recently lost the latter income and want to know what financial assistance I can get as a foster carer, other than tax credits and the foster carer allowance which I already receive? Also, will my tax credits increase will the loss of income from my other job?

I answered on your other thread... but if your fostering allowance is that low, would you be entitled to income support?
