Does anyone have any knowledge about non-graduate roles in food production/technology? I am interested in this area, but have no background, other than working PT on a sensory panel (a while ago). My degree is completely non-relevant and I would need to spend the equivalent of 4 years FT to re-train, I can't see that happening financially. Presumably there must be some jobs that aren't graduate, or are they only for factory operatives? We have a large employer semi-local and they NEVER advertise.
