PROUD OF MY DH FOR ONCE!!!!!

Well.... after 1 year and 1 month of starting his 3months (!!!!) Management Training with Tescos..... they've finally signed him off!!

He was been a Manager for 6months already, but they have still been paying him as a Trainee as they were....and I quote.... just too busy with the massive shop refurbishment to concentrate on getting him signed off! WTF??

They put him in charge of Stock Control in a Tesco Extra..... but wouldn't organise the half hour meeting it took to officially sign him up as a Manager and pay him the salary.

Anyway.... whats done is done. The important thing is that my DH can at last call himself a:

Stock Control Duty Manager.

....and hopefully he can stop moaning about much more than him I earn.

Just had to share this for those who followed the battle he had through the Union as they said he couldn't be a Manager due to childcare committments. UP YOURS TO THEM HAAAAAAA!

I honestly feel like my child has just graduated! He feels like one of my children most of the time, even though he's 6yrs older than me!

Its been awful and has really made DH feel degraded every month when he got his payslip. I was so fuming with them!

But this doubles his salary!!!

.....I still earn more than him though .....not that I'll ever.... ahem......... point that out to him in an arguement.... or anything like that.
