Owned annual leave from last year. Can they make me take cash instead - I would like the time!

It turns out my employers messed up my annual leave from last year and I'm owed a few days off. Not sure how much yet as my boss is still doing the sums.

Could they insist I take un-used leave as extra pay or can I have the time added to this years annual leave entitlement? The extra time off would be bliss, last year was crap not having much leave to play with.

TIA.

As your employers needed up your leave and not you. They should give you turnstile if you want it.

Depends on your contract tbh.
