has anyone got any good advice about returning to work and coping with being seperated from wonderful baby daughter and teenage son doing gcse's
i dont want to be apart from them
mostly because i hate the job - have to do at least 3 months to keep additional maternity pay
but in reality i cannot afford not to work
also feel i wont be up to the job any more
it would be a difficult job for some one with no kids
