I go back to work full time on 04 July and my work has a support group organised by the training unit about returning to work from mat leave. There isn't one running till later in the year so I can't discus any issues or problems with other returners for a while after I start work again. I have thought of the obvious issues of having an ill child and what happens when the childminder is ill (Either myself or my partner will have to take unpaid leave or annual leave as we have NO alternative childcare). I also know I'll be tired...
Just wondering what issues or problems others have come across? I want to be as prepared as possible!
