So that it sounds more professional? I need to apply for jobs and have done the below for some time and I'm hoping it might help me get some interviews? Any advice would be fabulous x

Volunteer on a local pre-school committee.
I?m responsible for managing the pre-school?s website, this includes managing renewal and updates. I?m currently project managing a website overhaul which includes liaising and negotiating with staff, committee and designer the way forward. I?m also the committee secretary, I organise meetings, take minutes, distribute minutes and write letters.

it would read better grammatically as follows (what you say is very good!)

I?m responsible for managing the pre-school?s website, which includes managing domain (?) renewal and updates. I?m currently project managing a website overhaul which includes negotiating the way forward by liaising with stakeholders including staff, committee members and the designer. I?m also the committee secretary. I service the committe by organising meetings, taking and distributing minutes, and handling correspondence when necessary.
