i have been "offered" a compromise agreement at work and am supposed to seek legal advice. I also want to see whether we can negotiate a higher payout than what i am being offered. I don't know if i can ever prove that i have been discriminated against on sex/maternity/part time working grounds, but it has very obviously been the case. Anyone able to offer any tips on the lawyers above - or have any experience with handling compromise agreements? Many thanks in advance
